Payment

All transactions are in SGD. We accept personal cheques and credit cards.

Cash
We do not accept cash payment except for walk-ins purchases at our Head Office.

Cheques
All cheques must be crossed and made payable to Maternal Diva Inc Pte Ltd. It must be in SGD and drawn on a Singapore bank. Please indicate your Invoice number at the back of the cheque.

Orders will only be sent out after we have received your full payments. Please mail your cheques to:

Credit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major forms of payment. Payments can be made via Paypal.

You do not need a paypal account to pay via Paypal. You only need a valid email address. Please make all Paypal payments to our paypal account: payment@anneematthew.com

Return / Exchange

We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your product purchase.

In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for a full refund in the form of store credits (excluding original shipping costs) or, for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and include original hang tags. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Full refunds can be used to offset the value from your next purchase.

Exchanges for an alternate color or size are gladly provided (customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges). Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and must include original hang tags. Product must be returned to our office before we can send exchange merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. No exceptions. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Please note all sales on discounted items, clearance items, discontinued products or seconds are final; no exchange or refund is allowed on these items. We cannot refund all shipping charges. Redelivery charges will also be borned by customer.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a Return / Exchange Form.

Delivery options for Singapore addresses

We offer postal mail option for Singapore addresses. Self collection, at the Head Office, is also available for online customers who wish to pick up their purchases.

Postal delivery time is a maximum of 3 working days, from the day of mail-out.

Delivery options for Malaysia addresses

• Malaysia delivery will be at a flat rate of S$9.00 via registered mail. Please allow about 2 weeks to arrive. 
  

 

International delivery

All deliveries will be made via normal registered airmail. Delivery charges are as listed below.

All deliveries will be made on the next working day after an order is confirmed and paid. Please allow 10-14 working days for arrival, depending on your the destination. Some destinations will tke longer than 14 days, subjected to customs clearance. Customer will borne all taxes.

If you wish for us to deliver via FedEx, you can request to check the shipping charges via email before you confirm an order. Shipment via FedEx will take 1-5 working days to arrive.

Unclaimed or refused packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the shipping company are subject to "return way" shipping costs (as charged by the shipping company and may cost more than the "to" charges) plus the original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the order. We cannot refund these shipping charges. Customer will have to pay the shipping charges again for redelivery.
